　　Allergan Plans to Build First Medical Aesthetics Innovation Center in Chengdu

　　艾尔建与成都市政府日前正式签署了建设艾尔建中国创新中心的投资协议。该创新中心位于成都高新技术产业开发区，将于2019年上半年正式对外开放。

　　Allergan announced plans to open its first Medical Aesthetics Innovation Center in Chengdu in early 2019. The center, to be located at the High-Tech Zone of Chengdu.

　　中心承载医美人才诊疗技术提升和医美消费者体验及教育的两大核心职能。

　　The center will feature a world-class training center for medical aesthetics healthcare professionals, as well as an education and product experience center for medical aesthetics consumers.

　　该创新中心是艾尔建在全球建设的首家创新中心,将投资1,470万美元建设并运营该中心，每年培训3,000多名医美医疗专业人士，同时还将让中国医美消费者有机会体验艾尔建的创新产品以及国际先进的医美治疗方案。

　　With a total investment of more than US$14.7million, the center will train more than 3,000 medical aesthetics professionals every year, providing Chinese consumers with opportunities to experience Allergan's innovative medical aesthetics products and globally-leading medical aesthetics treatments.

　　MiR Debuts Autonomous Mobile Robot In CIIF

　　MiR丹麦机器人制造商在2018年中国国际工业博览会 (CIIF)上，借此极具行业影响力的平台，向中国市场引入其最近推出的 MiR500 自主移动机器人。

　　MiR, Denmark’s fastest-growing robot manufacturer is participating at the 2018 China International Industry Fair (CIIF) for the first time, using the influential event to introduced its recently-launched MiR500 autonomous mobile robot (AMR) to the China market.

　　除 MiR500 外，MiR 还带来了两台 MiR200 和 MiR100自主移动机器人，全面展示其应用于多种行业的系列产品。

　　Apart from the MiR500, MiR is also bringing in two its MiR200 and MiR100 AMRs to complete its portfolio at the exhibition.

　　MiR mobile robots are invaluable to automating the internal transportation for logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, healthcare, and other sectors.

　　MiR started to enter the China market last year and opened its first China office in Shanghai this March. Already, China accounts for 15% of MiR’s global sales.

　　世界经济论坛（WEF）新近报告预计，未来七年内人类的工作半数都将交给机器和自动化软件。不过报告还预计，人工智能、机器人和精密医疗技术创造的新岗位可能比威胁到的岗位多。

　　Machines and automated software will be handling fully half of all workplace tasks within seven years, a new report from the World Economic Forum forecasts. But the group said technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and precision medicine, could create more jobs than they threaten.

　　报告结论显示，当前的所谓“第四次工业革命” 可能在全球范围创造1.33亿个工作岗位，7500万劳动者可能失业。

　　The WEF concluded that this so-called “Fourth Industrial Revolution” could create 133 million jobs globally, while 75 million workers may be displaced.

　　WEF新经济与社会中心的主管萨阿迪亚·扎赫迪表示，无论是道德上还是经济上，企业都有必要投资为员工提供培训和继续教育。“如果不积极调整，企业和员工都可能落伍。”她说。

　　Saadia Zahidi, head of the WEF’s Center for the New Economy and Society, said companies had “a moral and economic imperative” to invest in retraining and continuing education for their employees. “Without proactive approaches, businesses and workers may lose out,” she said.
